Cancellations Policy

At ttravel Time, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while helping us maintain the highest level of service for all our clients.


1. General Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through your travel advisor.
  • The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written request.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus service charges and non-refundable deposits (if any).
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of total package cost.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
  • No-shows or early departures: No refunds.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Some services are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date, including but not limited to:

  • Visa fees
  • Flight tickets (subject to airline policies)
  • Hotel bookings with non-refundable terms
  • Entrance tickets and excursions

4. Airline and Third-Party Cancellations

Flight and hotel cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline or service provider. We will assist in processing cancellations, but their policies will apply.


5. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Ttravel Time will make every effort to reschedule or offer travel credit. Refunds in such cases will be subject to supplier policies.


6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unexpected changes or cancellations.
